We offer our prayers to all those who lost their lives and sympathy to the survivors and their families in the terrible earthquake on March 11, 2011.
We contribute Japan through our activity that we can.
- Damage Report for Wetmaster
These were no injury for all of our employees (including employees in our Sendai office, where located near to the earthquake source) by the earthquake. Now, for our head office in Tokyo, most employees can come to the office due to improved and stabilized social infrastructure than before and there’s no problem for our normal operations. Interior of our Sendai office was still totally destroyed but the rest of all offices had no physical damage.
- Delivery and shipping
There were no major damages in our production and suppliers, so we may be able to produce the goods under regular lead time. But any delay which is caused by power interruption and domestic & international traffic confusion may be forecasted.
- Communication with Wetmaster International Sales Team
As usual, Yonekawa and Nakayama are in charge. We try our best to communicate with you, but communication delay which is caused by social confusion in Japan may be forecasted for a while.
